Getting to the casino was a great experience, using the Boston Harbour Encore Ferry. The casino was incredibly well run considering around 50,000 people were expected for the opening night. All of the staff were very friendly, helpful and clearly very well trained. The food was perfect, and loads of dishes to choose from so no complaints at all. You don't need to line up though, just register online and they will text or email when your table is ready, so that was handy. The wait was very long (2 and half hours!) but it was opening night, so I can't compare it to a usual evening.
The slots are typical for American casinos (I'm English), and anyone who has been to Las Vegas will see the same kind of thing, mostly lots of noise and low paying bonuses. The first night was too busy to enjoy the table games, but by the morning things had quietened down so I could enjoy some roulette and blackjack. The casino has all of the latest slots and hundreds of table games. There's an Amazon Echo and an Ipad to control the air-con, open the blinds, order room service, that kind of thing. The room was very nice, with large screen TV, huge windows, amazing bathroom and comfy bed. I came here for opening night, staying for one night in the premier room with amazing views overlooking the harbour.
